Shipping cost

OptiFusion Health offers free standard shipping on website orders unless a different charge or service is clearly displayed before checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed as promptly as reasonably possible. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Addresses and tracking

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order. Contact optifusionhealth@gmail.com promptly if you notice an address error.

Missing or damaged packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or if a package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photographs so we can review the issue with the carrier.
