Returns:
- We accept returns within 365 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- If the product is opened or damaged, we may not be able to accept the return.

Refunds:
- Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Some products, such as perishable or personalized items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us if you’re unsure.
Exchanges:
- If you’d like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you’d like to receive.
